Thermography is a powerful tool for assessing the condition, quality and operation of many different subjects. Infrared scanning is ideal for predictive maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting, as it is non-contact, non-invasive and provides real-time information that can allow you to make assessments without interrupting or shutting down a system for inspection. Thermal images provide unseen information that can reveal faults and/or impending failure in mechanical or electrical equipment, buildings and various industrial processes.

We offer a complete range of thermographic services for any almost any type of application:

  • Infrared surveys
  • Troubleshooting/Analysis
  • Trending & Condition Monitoring
  • Predictive maintenance
  • Insurance inspections
  • Professional reports and CAD drawings
  • Written procedure and policy development

Sigma uses professional equipment capable of accurately measuring temperatures from -40 to 2000 degrees Celsius, and producing images of the highest resolution available at 640 x 480 pixels.

A professional written report that details our findings and recommendations is provided for every inspection. Roof moisture surveys can include CAD drawings and core sampling to verify observations. CAD drawings can also be requested for any project. Sigma Thermography works with our clients to customize the service to meet their needs.

In addition to fieldwork, we also provide consulting services including procedure and policy development. Sigma can help companies who are already using thermography to meet ASNT’s requirements for their own written practice.
